What brought you to Wright?
I was greatly impacted by my time as a student at Wright from 1995-2002 and wanted to give back to the community that meant so much to me.Â
What was your first-ever job?
My first job was teaching physical education, teaching 8th-grade Bible, and coaching high school boy’s basketball at Wright.Â
What do you do in your spare time/special interests/hobbies?
I love spending time with my wife, Stephanie Gwartney, and son, Silas Gwartney. I enjoy doing anything active or athletic’s based like playing sports, yard games, climbing, or investing into the lives of our apprentice group.Â
Guiding scripture of spiritual thought:
For I know the plans I have for you,†declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.†– Jeremiah 29:11
What else do you want the WCA Community to know about you?
Spiritual growth and maturity guide the daily life of my self and my family. I love the Lord and pray that he is glorified in everything I do and say. I pray that humility guides my daily thoughts and actions and that I never reach a position where I feel above serving the community where I am placed.Â
