What’s your Name?
How long have you attended Wright Christian Academy?
This is my sixth year at WCA.
What will you remember most from your time here at Wright Christian Academy?Â
I will remember the environment. The school has a hospitable environment and the people are too kind. Everyone cares about your life and attention levels are met by the teachers.
Where do you see yourself in five years?Â
I will be graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering.
What advice would you give to the incoming Freshman class entering high school for the first time?
Appreciate this school’s environment and the people. I’ve worked with some very low class people, zapping the life force and patience out of me. When I leave work and go back to school, I am rejuvenated by the kindness of the amazing women and the fun conversations with the devout men.
The world is bound to be tough, but this school is a haven. You are not necessarily sheltered from the world, you are being prepared to face it with a private school education and a proper Christian mindset. Try your hardest to keep your GPA high. Educate yourself and, most importantly, develop study habits and methods of getting the job done. Again, make education your purpose (as well as an understanding of Christ and why you are his disciple) and work hard.
Finally, focus as hard as you can to get your mind out of the gutter. Your mind needs to be pumped with pure stimulants. Don’t fall, especially for your own sake. I’ve always had ideas of future plans for my life, but, at the same time, I have continually had the revelation of the true actions that matters. Accept the policies of the Lord, follow the Terms and Conditions, and spread it to your neighbors. That is the true purpose, one that will give you pride and respect from the Lord.
